Carbonera Carni born in 1971.
Experience in foreign countries like Canada and America, with family collaboration in Italy, brought the first store opening in Prata di Pordenone.
This store has contributed in continuing tradition of past generations of successful butchers.
In 1993, the store in transferred to Puja di Prata di Pordenone, a small town situated between Veneto and Friuli Regions.
This new location is equiped with it’s own slaughter house which guaranties the best products for the customers, the animals are selected personally by the owner Carbonera Alberto, in small farms in towns nearby.
These animals are raised with genuine products and the result is the best meat.
